Why they are afraid that Aid from USA will be stopped. I think nothing will be stopped. only the curroption of the rulers through these transactions will be stopped. We all know that these Aids are not coming to the people of Pakistan. Only the rulers are enjoying through this. So if the Aid is going to stop then it is far more better for the people of Pakistan

Thanks hamid mir nice programme, i dont agree with Sami Ibrahim's views, he is more like talking about current affairs .I fully agree with dr.Zubair Khan and Mr. Ashfaq Hussain, if relations between the two countries get on the edge ,US might use its leverage against pakistan but it will also bring solidarity among the pak people which always shown when the time comes.It does not matter what is the end ,pak have to rely on its own resources like a responsible nuclear state not like a banana republic.Its such a shame that pak have to beg to meet its budget deficit whereas all the aid and loans are gone back in foreign banks in the a/c of our corrupt leaders and people still feel the sufferings.why we dont take the example of our best friend "China" who totally relied on his people's strength , its resouces and will be another "Super Power" insha allah in a very short time .US owes more than trillion dollars to china because they have sincere leaders but what we have ,are corrupt and have self interest rather than national interest.Right now all we need is a honest ,sincere and patriotic leader who look after the nation and its people. If US will show its muscles then they are also stuck in afghanistan,of course they need our help but sincerety and fairness have its own values ,if US dont agree on this,its upto them."LET THE JUSTICE PREVAIL".

Oh bhai Sami Ibrahim, we should follow Vienna Convention. Even under Vienna convention the guy cannot be released. He is not a diplomat. One can't send everyone as a diplomat. Is tarha tau her tarha ka jasoos or criminal bhaij dain under diplomatic immunity. The guy is not a diplomat but was conducting criminal activities in Pakistan. Can you imagine that Pakistan nominates someone as diplomat to US and that person carries bomb blasts in US, but USA will say: Oh we can't do anything coz he is a diplomat??
Pakistan's economy is bad and will remain bad till we have corrupt rulers. The current rulers took billions of dollars in 3 years.

Sami not at all answering any of Hamid Mir's questions properly. He is not an economic expert, so how can he tell what will happen to us without aid. BTW, Shah Mehmood Qureshi took a great stand. He has done a great job! People should disagree and be allowed to disagree, that's the right way of democracy. This idiot Sami is saying keh if one minister doesn't agree with government he has no right to be a minister. Wah wah, Mr. Sami.
LOL Sami.... I am rolling ... laughing on you.... Federal govt ki hatmi decision hai but federal government is composed of ministries. Prime Minister is not a dictator. He cannot go out and just give a statement to court or a decision without any basis. For God's sake. How has GEO made this person the representative in Washington D.C. He is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo stupid. Probably any Pakistani citizen can replace him....even a kid 12 years old. Yes, foreign minister cannot do the "HATMI" faisla, but even Law minister can't, nor can prime minister. When the law says Federal govt can do it, at the same time, Federal government is run by Constitution and constitution has laid out certain code of conduct. I am still laughing on this guy...can't stop laughing on the stupid.
Fauzia Wahab kay corruption share bund ho jaye ga agar US naraz ho gaya... tu tu tu tu.....
As far as exports are concerned, its a great point. We should actually start focusing on other markets. Hum nay amrika ko khuda banaya hua hai, once we focus elsewhere, we will be able to establish market in other countries especially if we talk to Venezula and other countries they will welcome us whole heartedly. Yeh kiya hi nahi kabhi Pakistan nay.
I also live in US, but not concerned abt it Fauzia sahiba. There are many countries in the world with whom Pakistan can do business. Plz stop your corruption and ghulami attitude. Are all these finance experts stupid Fauzia Wahab? You and ur government knows it better than these economic experts? I have seen so many programs in which all the economic experts said its better for Pakistan that the aid stops. Exactly, Professor sahib, countries do not develop due to foreign aid.
