On February 7, media entrepreneur Jamim Shah was murdered in Kathmandu posh area where the security should have been optimum , the media reports say police was not very far from the spot incident took place. Later investigation reveals the involvement of some policemen in the gory killing .
Whereas the main culprits are still at large , there are many reports doing rounds probably to divert peoples attention ! I do not want to get into Jamim shahs alleged ISI linkings or him being anti Indian, no matter who he was or whatever his background was , the way he was murdered in one of the elite areas of capital tells the story , it shows the incompetency of the present Government and more so of the Home minister.
People in this poor country are living their lives in great fear and anguish, the incidents after incidents have just been instrumental to make everyone of us to believe that none of us are safe there in hand of the present political leaders and security set up. Still we are clueless on the murder of Jamim Shah , there comes another inhuman and coward attack on Mr Arun Kumar Sinhaniya in Janakpur . It would be imperative to mention the killings of Uma Singh , the journalist working for Janakpur Today FM that was owned by Mr Sinhaniya a year ago!
What is common in the killing of Jamim shah and Mr sinhaniya is the fact, they were from media fraternity and they were killed in broad day light despites the security personnel deputed in a nearby proximity !
After Sinhaniya was killed, I heard the information minister who happens to be the spokesperson of the government saying that the new security policy would be implemented with a special effect . it simply forces me to smell a rat! I would like to ask the puppets in Home ministry, Mr Raval and Mr Ansari what has been the outcome of Special security policy implementation for last six months ? If none ? why are you there ? As far as my understanding is concerned this so called special policy is nothing but a tool for ethnic cleansing ! As in recent past , many orchestral encounters have been witnessed , there will be even more ! so will that ensure Mr Nepals rule for ever ?
After going through the recent happenings in country and specially in Madhes, I am forced to wonder if all these killings are staged ? I am not a person to conclude on sheer emotions ! Yes I am having serious doubts on Pahadi RajSatta ! I have enough reasons to doubt them! Two of the basic reasons I want to discuss here , firstly No doubt, the new security policy was bound to cross all the human limits in general and the most probable group which could oppose and highlight the atrocities of ill feted intention is media ! so this opportunistic Government has a master plan to get sympathy from Media people by staging the attacks on them ! Very complex to understand but a master stroke !
I strongly feel that the attacks in recent times on media is none other than handicrafts of the state so as to make the media houses to support the Government when they get in to Ethnic cleansing of madhesis in name of rescuing the nation from Terrorism!
Secondly the Pahadi Rajsatta no doubt want to create a confusion over Madhes revolution, they want to brand the genuine concerns of madhesis and their subsequent struggle as a criminal activity to force entire madhesi population in dark for another long period of time !
I am sure there are many fake armed madhesi groups nurtured by the state to malign the struggle of brave madhesi sons! But at the same time , there are many madhesi brave sons who can die and kill for the pure cause of madhes!
It is just a warning to all the deaf ears in Kathmandu , enough is enough ! Play with the sentiments of poor and disgruntled, your future generation will pay the price!!! Wake up all!
