Diagnosis is largely an opinion, so unlikely that anything can be contested, even if 'false'.

Now that is a question.... Yes the report can be challenged and neutral medical board for cross examination can be constituted to evaluate the doctor's opinion. BUT THAT CAN BE DONE ONLY IF THE REPORT IS CHALLENGED IN A UK COURT.

Right now, Mian Sb is having a problem with UKBA's Visa extension as his medical leave granted by Lhaar High Court has expired. The question f law here is "whether NS has the necessary leave to remain in UK from his home country authorities or not?". So, it depends on LHC if they extend NS's medical leave or not. Govt of UK does not have any right, at this point in time to check or recheck the medical reports.

I think PTI is doing a horrible job at managing this issue. PMLN needs the noise PTI is making on this issue everyday.......and PTI is falling for it, hook line and sinker.
Ignore Nawaz and Maryam, and let them die their own political deaths. Stop blowing air into their dying fire.

It is not the job of PTI, but the puppet masters here. They, I think have already made a deal with SS and they are going to further deepen the crevices in PMLN, by keeping NS out of Pakistan.

Opinions are not facts. The test reports of NS are facts, the report of the doctor is just his opinion, which cannot be legally termed as falsifying. Though, it is, quite arbitrary.

However, the doctor seems to be a specialist in making these type of reports. He has given many spins to the story.... Patient suffering from many diseases and conditions all at once, therefore a multidisciplinary approach is required. Note that the doctor is just a cardiologist. So, he has deliberately moved towards an area, where things should get complicated or at least appear to look complicated. Then he has concluded that due to COVID restrictions, he will not advise his patient to board an airplane. Again note that there is nothing about his health for being so frail that he cannot take an aerial journey.

Lastly, he has also brought about the COVID-19 crisis as an excuse for delaying the cardiovascular tests and procedures. So he is not taking any liability for his own specialty i.e. Cardiology. He has just written about the general health condition of NS and has expressed his concerns in the areas where he is not specialized. Also, to serve the objectives of his client, he has stressed on COVID-19, as being a barrier for not carrying out his job on the patient.

However, NS had his coronary bypass graft in 2016, since then, this guy is his consultant surgeon. Though, it may (not) be a coincidence that Panama Papers also surfaced in the same year. I am (not) saying that it may not be the case that NS had searched for such a consultant surgeon back then to use him up as a trump card to override any legal implications.

Secondly, Dr Yasmin is a gynecologist. She could only comment based on what was presented to her as a general physician, regarding the dropping platelet count of NS. In fact this is a job of a hematologist to look at the blood chemistry.
