Without hudabya case all decision based on nameless property laws which will be nullified at first when UK govt will backup Nawaz like Altaf. The ownership of Nawaz and Maria through actual UK govt institutes will not be proved hence all case will be collapsed to ground. This hasty decision has full potential to rise pmln drowning politics. Nawaz in jail will find more public sympathy and the traditional anti establishment sentiments of public can cause problems for IK politics. Any way decision is weak and with the backup of UK authorities it will be nullified at first presence to higher courts.
