This is normal. The people who were there at the time of attack Police got them in CCT Cameras and then matched their faces with NADRA data base. Computer doesn't know that they are victim or attackers.

Doesnt the same logic apply to all others who have been captured in the surveillance tapes? Unless any of the cameras has actually caught people in the act, they are all innocent. Else, they are all guilty.
