In 2013 PTI was robbed of success in the Elections by PA. IK wanted 4 constituencies to be opened up as a tester, but he and PTI were denied the chance.
Come 2018, once again PTI was denied 30-40 seats by stopping RTS and results were changed exactly like they are changed in 2024 for PTI to lose all the seats it was leading on before RTS was stopped. PA didn't bring PTI/IK, they hamstrung him.
