May be you don't know the process. When a PM receives a gift and he decides to keep it, a commitee decides the price (not PM himsel) and PM pays and declare it. In Khan's case gifts follwed the same process but then sold on 10 times higher price using a third party who did not disclose to the buyer that who is the owner. As sold price is more than 10 times higher than the purchase price, actual market price is the one on which gift was sold. This price was not declared to Election Commision and never declared to revenew agecy for taxations. This is the issue here. Remember Nawaz was disqualified for the income he never received. In Khan's case, this income was received. The issue is income and not the gift sale.
