By shooting down a civilian plane (and killing 170+ civilians on board) that took off from her own airport, Iran has proved Trump right that Iranian regime is an irresponsible regime. For foreseeable future, he’s going to taunt Iran that sue has nuclear ambitions when she can not even responsibly handle vanilla missile technology, and stuff like a nuclear weapon in Iran’s hands is a terrible proposition.

The Americans shot down an Iranian commercial jet in 1988 The Russian shot down a KAL jet in 83.
So this kind of shit has happened before, but never has a jet been shot down by the country it took off in.
The Iranis first of all fucked up big time by not closing its airspace to commercial traffic when they had already launched missiles and there was a possibility of retaliation.
The Iranis confused and in panic probably fired the SAM thinking its an enemy aircraft heading their way. Maybe they didn't know air space was not shutdown and their was still civilian traffic?
Anyway a tremendous fuck up by Iran and the only reason they admitted it, is because nowadays missiles and shit can be very easily tracked, specially when you just launched an attack so expect everyone to have their eyes, radars, satellites and other tracking devices trained on you like a hawk!
They tried to bullshit at first and kept quite, refused to hand over the black boxes as it would clearly show the plane was hit
