i am so surprised to know that there are still few ignorant that dont believe that MAODOODI , he has taken all ideas from Syed Qutub who was founder of IKHWAN movement in EGYPT keep in mind AL=QAIDA No.2 AL ZAWAHIRI id also member of IKHWAN..they dont believe on dialog they only want to impose there own idea of ISLAM on every one in the world...MAODOODI was the first person who apposed war in KASHMIR and given fatwa that who ever will say JANAZA prayer of SHUHDAAY KASHMIR will be no more muslim and if some want proof i have lot many proofs...

My Dear, Calling others ignorant doesn't make you genius. If some one ask for reference, you better provide a reference and convince him/her by that not by calling him/her ignorant. AND if you have some proofs, please provide it and if you can't then please ZIP IT.

Well, I am not the authority on this subject but I am sure about one thing,,,, I have read the mentioned book and I didn't find anything. Secondly Tarjuman ul Quran was not published for most of the months in 1947,1948 and 1949, first because of the creation of Pakistan and then because of the imprisonment of Maulana Maududi....
BUT as I told you, I am not the authority on this subject so I am always open to references which could give me the true picture. Thanks

Are we not taking the discussion from one side to another??? We started with Maulana Maududi's views about Pakistan and now we are going to start discussing his Islamic views....
Bro! One thing is pretty clear to me, I can doubt on Maulana Maududi's views towards Pakistan BUT his Islamic point of view,,,,,, No question about that.
For me he was a great Islamic scholar with some great achievements including Tafheem ul Quran and struggle against Qadeyani Tehreek and I respect him the same as I respect all other Islamic scholars.
BTW I am not a worker of JI :)
