O they will pay for it alright. Its just a matter of how much time before they start paying for it :-)
Afghans have had 10 years of war with them. Afghans have learned ALL their tactics.
It would be wise if Pakistanis' also learned something from it.

P.S. These graphs present WRONG facts. By far, ALL who they killed were innocent. Its just that some of them were fighting against USA/Nato, that is why they were named 'terrorists'.

How does Pakistan arrest of Top Taliban leadership hamper the proscpects of peace negotiations in Afghanistan! As they had been urging us for quite some time now to take strict actions against the Quetta Shura. The recent developments will force the moderate elements towards reconciliation and this is a positive development.
