Who is in charge of his Ministry ........... or is it okay to run that whilst doing paid work elsewhere

well I am not his supporter about his ministry you should ask his supporter, But there is no such law to bound people from giving consultancy , even if you working full time job. Specially politicians are free from this. That Aqama is just for multiple entries.
