I read sowmwhere JEW is disclsoing the comlete horrific reports of postmartem since morning throwing more salt and spices in the wounds of already grieved family.

اللہ وہی دیتا ہے جس کی خواہش ہو صرف مقصد اس کے الگ الگ ہیں- یہ تو حقیقت ہے کہ اپنا فرض نبھانے والے بھی شید ہوتے ہیں- لیکن کس کے لئے یہ الگ بات ہے- اللہ کے لئے شہادت ہو یا قوم اور ملک کے لئے وہ لمبی بحث ہے- اسی طرح شید ہونے کے لئے بہانے بھی بہت ہیں جو اس دنیا میں بن جاتے ہیں جیسے ایک شیر کو بکتر بند کی کمی سے شہادت نصیب ہو یا ایک بندی کو جعلی مقابلے میں شہادت نصیب ہو

علامہ اقبال اس کے مطلق کہتا ہے کہ فرق صرف یہ ہے

ناچیز جہان مہ و پرویں ترے آگے
وہ عالم مجبور ہے ، تو عالم آزاد

قیامت کے دن سب سے پہلا شخص جس کے خلاف عدالتِ خداوندی کی طرف سے فیصلہ دیا جائے گا، ایک ایساآدمی ہو گا جسے شہید کیا گیا ہو گا۔ اللہ تعالیٰ اس سے اپنی عطا کردہ نعمتوں کا اقرار کروانے کے بعد پوچھے گا کہ تو نے ان نعمتوں سے کیا کام لیا؟ وہ کہے گا کہ میں نے تیری راہ میں جہاد کیا یہاں تک کہ میں شہید کر دیا گیا۔اﷲ تعالیٰ فرمائے گا تو جھوٹ کہتا ہےتو نے جہاد میں حصہ اس لیے لیا تھا کہ تیری بہادری کے چرچے ہوں سو تیری بہادری کے چرچے ہو لئے۔ پھر اُس کے لیے حکمِ خداوندی ہو گا اور وہ اوندھے منہ گھسیٹ کے جہنم میں ڈال دیا جائے گا۔

There is no hadith that prevent muslims of using word Shaheed . Is there any hadith which EXPLICITLY saying that we should not use word shaheed ??? yes your interpretation of this hadith can be different but there is no explicit ORDER preventing us from using this word.

second , if we dont know about a person qualified for shahadat or not even than there is no harm in calling him as shaheed.

Prophet s.a.w. offered funeral prayer for munafiq Abdullah bin ubayi even knowing that he was a munafiq but since it will be decided finally in hereafter so he offered the prayer..... so for those things in which result is not known till qayamat we can do few good things , like calling someone shaheed. :)

The Prophet said, "I have been given the choice for Allah says: '(It does not avail) Whether you (O Muhammad) ask forgiveness for them (hypocrites), or do not ask for forgiveness for them. Even though you ask for their forgiveness seventy times, Allah will not forgive them. (9.80)" So the Prophet offered the funeral prayer and on that the revelation came: "And never (O Muhammad) pray (funeral prayer) for any of them (i.e. hypocrites) that dies." (9. 84)

Isn't another consequence of this even/info (Ubayie's funeral prayer) is that we should remove all demeaning and berating references to him in our Islamic literature for whom the Prophet of Allah (PBUH) prayed?

Your answer is in following hadith,

Narrated Umar bin Al-Khattab: When 'Abdullah bin Ubai bin Salul died, Allah's Apostle was called in order to offer the funeral prayer for him. When Allah's Apostle got up (to offer the prayer) I jumped towards him and said, "O Allah's Apostle! Do you offer the prayer for Ibn Ubai although he said so-and-so on such-and-such-a day?" I went on mentioning his sayings. Allah's Apostle smiled and said, "Keep away from me, O 'Umar!" But when I spoke too much to him, he said, "I have been given the choice, and I have chosen (this) ; and if I knew that if I asked forgiveness for him more than seventy times, he would be for given, I would ask it for more times than that." So Allah's Apostle offered the funeral prayer for him and then left, but he did not stay long before the two Verses of Surat-Bara'a were revealed, i.e.:-- 'And never (O Muhammad) pray for anyone of them that dies.... and died in a state of rebellion.' (9.84) Later I was astonished at my daring to speak like that to Allah's Apostle and Allah and His Apostle know best.
