Murtid is a Muslim who left ISLAM they are not Muslim anytime during their life so, how come Murtid?

Believe on Nabi Kareem S.A.W as the last messenger of Allah is corner pillar of Islam. If someone doesn't accept it, they aren't mushrik/kafir but Murtid. So technically they are not non muslim but murtid. A Kafir/Non Muslim has the right of 3 things on this earth made by Allah.
1 - Become Muslim
2- Give Jazziah and be a Zimmi
3 - ready to fight

for Murtid there is only 1 option.

But bottom line is. if some so called muslim doesn't follow the last pillar of islam (Nabi Kareem PBUH being the last prophet) then they are Murtid. Even if they say that they do but Mirza is Extension of it.

If by your logic someone needs to be killed then it would be the Christians they call our prophet a false prophet and associate partners with Allah i.e shirk.

Now which is a bigger sin or crime. Not believing that Prophet s.a.w was the last prophet or associating partners with Allah and commiting shirk.

When Allah s.w.t hasn't ordered to kill the Christians then how can he order the killing of apostates, hence use your common sense and do what you keep telling me to do. That is go study again with your own God given common sense and fitra rather than some Moulvi telling you what you are supposed to believe in.

Pakistan is not a secular country. So it has its own set of rules . Irony is the secular and failed politicians of the past have also not let it flourish to become a fully functional spiritual state that it was and is destined to become !

Thats the problem with having a country base its laws on a certain sect of Islam. Yesterday Fatimids and Shia Islam was mainstream today its Sunni Islam tomorrow it will be some other sect

What that does is that it gives the majority sect people the right to write whatever detail they want, ie finality of prophet and use that to discriminate against the minority.

We copied constitution from British. The reason why British had constitution was not to write the 10 commandments. It was there to protect minorities from the majority.

And forget about equal rights. If you put Islamic in the name if a country you are already disqualifying minorities from being the norm in that country.

Constitutionally the state of Pakistan is called "Islamic Republic of Pakistan", and all laws of the State cannot be contrary to Sharia (Islamic Laws, which still seem be a work in progress).
