Patwaris have nothing but motorway and sadarks to show for their 22 years of governance in the past 35 yrs. And that also because its motorways and metros you can make huge kickbacks, if they would have discovered a way to make billions and trillions from Hospitals and Schools there would e more hospitals and schools in Punjab then there were students and patients in the whole of Pakistan.

They already tried schools in the flop danish school scheme and realised that kick backs of a few crores is not worth the time and effort. So they ditched schools.
