You know what you should do, keep a record of all that they have declared and compare it once they declare it again in 5 years time of being in government.

The reason of assets declaration is to prevent corruption, embezzelment and money landering by politicians. it is a great step and remember they have never occupied a public office therefore it is wrong to question them for being honest and faithful to this country and its people.

You know what you should do, keep a record of all that they have declared and compare it once they declare it again in 5 years time of being in government.

One more thing 10 years ago a bungalow in defence used to cost 10 lakhs.

Jis pe bhi zakat chori saabit hui usay PTI hi ulta taange gi, aur awaam ka paisa loot ke mayfair mai flat khareedne walay bhi nahi bhaag saken ge. Jhootay Munafiq logon ka hisaab Allah khud le ga qayamat ke din.

This is a very good step. Though I am sure that the established political mafias will try to emulate this by putting fake assets. Just for this reason extremely positive step will be wasted as the cheats and crooks who are in politics for the sole purpose of enriching themselves will find more creative ways to hid their wealth and show only 'acceptable' assets in their names.

One of the interesting, funny yet ironic thing i saw on these decalaration was under Dr. Arif Alvi's declaration:
