About 146 degree holder in National Assembly are fake and God knows how many are there in Provincial Assemblies. If all are declare Disqualified (Naa-ahal) (I think they are Naa_Ahal even with BA degrees), then the whole Assembly can be dissolved. So courts are declaring Disqualified them one by one and then order for By-Election. In this way the whole process would be completed just a few days before the end of These Assemblies. :)

اسلام آباد(رپورٹ…انصار عباسی)پارلیمنٹ اور صوبائی اسمبلیوں میں بیٹھے جعلی ڈگریوں والے ارکان اسمبلی، جن کی تعداد 150 کے قریب ہے، ہائر ایجوکیشن کمیشن (ایچ ای سی) کیلئے پریشانیاں پیدا کر رہے ہیں اور جعلی ڈگریوں کی پڑتال رکوانا چاہتے ہیں۔ اس وقت ایچ ای سی کو وفاقی و صوبائی حکومت کے علاوہ اسمبلیوں میں بیٹھے ارکان اسمبلی کے دباؤ کا بھی سامنا ہے کہ وہ ان کی تعلیمی ڈگریوں کی تصدیق کا عمل روک دے۔ اس صورتحال سے پریشان قومی اسمبلی کی قائمہ کمیٹی برائے تعلیم کے چیئرمین عابد شیر علی نے آئندہ ماہ کے پہلے ہفتے میں کمیٹی کا اجلاس طلب کرلیا ہے تاکہ اس بات کو یقینی بنایا جا سکے کہ ایچ ای سی کو دیا جانے والا کام مکمل ہوگیا ہے۔ دی نیوز سے بات چیت کرتے ہوئے عابد شیر علی نے بتایا کہ ایچ ای سی کے چند عہدیداروں نے انہیں بتایا ہے کہ کمیشن پر دباؤ ہے کہ وہ معاملے کو تاخیر کا شکار کردے یا یکسر معطل کردے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ مجھے یہ بھی معلوم ہوا ہے کہ وزیراعظم سیکریٹریٹ اور صوبائی وزرائے اعلیٰ بھی ایچ ای سی پر دباؤ ڈال رہا ہے۔ انہوں نے اس بات کا بھی اعتراف کیا کہ پنجاب کی مسلم لیگ (ن) سے تعلق رکھنے والی چند صوبائی شخصیات بھی یہ نہیں چاہتیں کہ ویری فکیشن کا عمل مکمل ہو۔ تاہم انہوں نے واضح کیا کہ پاکستان مسلم لیگ (ن) کی اعلیٰ قیادت ڈگریوں کی تصدیق کے اس عمل کی مکمل حامی ہے اور میری حوصلہ افزائی کرتی ہے کہ کسی بھی دھوکے باز کو نہ بخشا جائے چاہے اس کا تعلق نواز لیگ سے ہی کیوں نہ ہو۔ حال ہی میں نواز شریف ایسے تمام دھوکے بازوں سے کہہ چکے ہیں کہ وہ جعلی ڈگریوں کا معاملہ ناقابل قبول ہے، وہ خود ہی اسمبلیاں چھوڑ دیں۔ اسٹینڈنگ کمیٹی کے چیئرمین نے کہا کہ ویری فکیشن کے عمل سے پریشان افراد میں نواز لیگ کے ارکان بھی شامل ہیں۔ انہوں نے اس خدشے کا اظہار کیا کہ اس عمل کو رکوانے کیلئے ہائر ایجوکیشن کمیشن کے چند عہدیداروں کو رخصت پر بھیجا جا سکتا ہے۔ رابطہ کرنے پر ہائر ایجوکیشن کمیشن کے چیئرمین جاوید لغاری نے اس نمائندے سے بات کرنے میں ہچکچاہٹ کا مظاہرہ کیا۔ ان کے پرسنل سیکریٹری، جنہوں نے اپنا نام محمد راشد بتایا، نے پہلے دی نیوز کو بتایا کہ چیئرمین صاحب میٹنگ میں مصروف ہیں اور بعد میں اس نمائندے سے رابطہ کریں گے لیکن بعد میں رابطہ کرنے پر راشد نے کہا کہ چیئرمین فوڈ پوائزننگ کا شکار ہوگئے ہیں لہٰذا وہ فون پر رابطہ نہیں کرسکتے۔ راشد نے بتایا کہ ہائر ایجوکیشن کمیشن کے ایگزیکٹو ڈائریکٹر بھی موجود نہیں ہیں۔ تاہم ایچ ای سی کے ذرائع کا کہنا تھا کہ کمیشن کے چیئرمین میڈیا میں نہیں آنا چاہتے کیونکہ اس تنازع میں ان کے زد پذیر ہونے کا امکان ہے اور اس معاملے میں اتنی صلاحیت ہے کہ وفاقی و صوبائی ایوان ہل سکتے ہیں۔ الیکشن کمیشن کے سابق سیکریٹری کنور دلشاد نے حال ہی میں اس نمائندے کو بتایا تھا کہ اس بات کا امکان ہے کہ 148/ ارکان قومی و صوبائی اسمبلی کی ڈگریاں جعلی ہیں۔ گزشتہ سال الیکشن کمیشن سے ریٹائر ہونے والے کنور دلشاد نے اپنی معلومات کیلئے انٹیلی جنس رپورٹ کا حوالہ پیش کیا۔ 2008ء کے انتخابات، جو جنرل پرویز مشرف کے بنائے گئے انتخابی قوانین کے تحت منعقد ہوئے تھے، میں یہ لازمی تھا کہ رکن اسمبلی کم از کم گریجوئٹ ہو۔ تاہم بعد میں آصف علی زرداری کے صدر پاکستان منتخب ہونے کے بعد اس وقت کی ڈوگر کورٹ نے ارکان قومی و صوبائی اسمبلی اور سینیٹرز کیلئے گریجویشن (ba) کی شرط ختم کردی۔

I hope it will be clear now. Its PML N who sent all Degrees of Parlimantarian to HEC for varification. We are very clear that FAKE DEGREE holders commit crime and they should be punished. PML N will set another principal Inshallah. We will not forgive any fake degree holder. i hope my brothers will appreciate this action.

14 MPs disqualified for fake degrees, PML-N tops list
ISLAMABAD: As many as 14 parliamentarians belonging to different mainstream political parties have been disqualified during the current political tenure, with Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz at the top.
According to data available, out of 14 parliamentarians disqualified for holding fake degrees include seven from PML-N, four from Pakistan Muslim League (Q) and three from Pakistan People's Party.
The seven disqualified Parliamentarians belong to PML-N included: Haji Mudassir Qayyum Nahra from NA-100 (Gujranawala), Haji Pervaiz from NA-55 (Rawal Pindi), and Javed Husanin Sha from NA-68 (Shiawal) while from Provincial Assembly included Rana Mubashir Iqbal from PP-160, Rizwan Gill, PP-34, Meer Badshah Khan Qaisrani PP-240, Haji Nasir Mehmood from PP-111 (Gujrat).
On the other hand four disqualified Parliamentarians belong to PML-Q, included: Nazir Jutt from NA-167 (Vehari) and Nagma Mushtaq long from PP-206 (Multan), Mian Ajmal Asif PP-63 (Faisalabad) and Muhammad Azam chailla Sial PP-82.
Similarly, three disqualified parliamentarians belong to PPP included: Jamshed Dasti from NA-178, Hayyatullah Tareen from NA-155 and Allah Wasaya Chunnu khan from PP-259.
The issue of parliamentarians holding fake degrees has become a national issue of grave importance as more and more parliamentarians are found to be in possession of bogus degrees.
According to the Election Commission spokesman Muhammad Afzal, the ECP has forwarded degrees of almost all the members of the Parliament including Senate, National Assembly and provincial Assemblies to the standing committee on education who had sent these documents for verification to higher education commission.
