Pakistan's Navy commando Kamran Ahmed along with his two supporters has been arrested: geo news

LAHORE: A former Pakistan Navy Commando and two of his associates have been arrested in connection with attack on Pakistan Navy airbase PNS Mehran, Geo News reported Monday.

Kamran Ahmed was court-martialed 10 years ago on charges of torture. A brother and aide were also arrested by the security agencies on Friday.

He had been posted at PNS Mehran and PNS Iqbal.

There is no doubt otherwise what the hell 7000 CIA operatives doing in Pakistan? Have they target / spot any High value target so far? The answer is a big "NO"

USA took 3 years to cause civil war between Shia & Sunnis in IRAQ. The same they want to repeat here and would ask Pakistan to handover our Nukes to US because of civil war.

But thanks to our vibrant Media, who are raising this issue time and time so the US is cautious, but it doesn't mean they have rolled back their plane.

Now it is the time for our Public and Army to take strong action against such plane because our Civilians govt. is completely fail in protecting the country. They are there to loot and complete their 5 years by any mean.

LAHORE: Pakistani security officials have detained a former navy commando and his brother in connection with last weeks militant attack on a naval air base, intelligence officials and relatives said on Monday.
The brazen assault on the PNS Mehran base in Karachi, the headquarters of Pakistans naval air wing, embarrassed the military and raised doubts about its ability to protect its bases after a similar raid on the army headquarters in the city of Rawalpindi in 2009.
Kamran Ahmed, who was sacked from the navy about 10 years ago, and his younger brother, Zaman, were picked up from the eastern city of Lahore on Friday, five days after the attack that killed at least 10 military personnel.
They have been detained in connection with the naval base attack and are under interrogation, one intelligence official said, without giving details.
Imran Ahmed, another brother who was not arrested, told Reuters the two were taken away by intelligence officials on Friday. He gave no details.
An earlier arrest of a suspect in the Mehran base attack led to the arrest of the Ahmed brothers.
A second intelligence official said Kamran Ahmed served at Mehran and was court-martialed for assaulting a senior officer.
The military court declared him mentally unfit for the job.
He was also under suspicion after a suicide attack on the naval war college in Lahore in 2008 but was not detained, the official said.
The suspect arrested earlier said Ahmed provided information about the base to a militant network, which carried out the attack.
The Pakistani Taliban, which is allied to al Qaeda, claimed responsibility for the attack on the Mehran base, but many analysts believe they had inside help.
A group of between four and six militants besieged the base for 16 hours and destroyed two P-3C Orion aircraft from the Unites States, crucial for Pakistans maritime surveillance capabilities.

This is good but its hard to trust on pakistan agencies or forces.

They can not find who was supporting OBL in Abbotabad or who was involved for last 5 years supporting OBL? They can not find anything against OBL. Forces are completely quite and have NO Word in their mouth.

Look like Everyone is FORGOT OBL CASE bcoz of Navy case.

my prediction. - if you remember OBL case again, something will happen again in pakistan.

During Pakistan process too, Molana Modudi was Mir Jaffar, Ghafa Khan was , and lots more...

We need to identify them and corner them...

If they succeed , it is our fault, not their....They are born with this killing instinct.

I was sure from the day one that following attacks:
1- Mehran Base attack
2- GHO Rawalpindi attack
3- GHO Mardan attack
4- Sri Lankan cricket team attack
5- Manawan Police station attack in Lahore and many more.
all these attacks are launched by Al Quida, as it is not Taliban way of attacking. And all these attacks were launched by insider's help, otherwise it would had been really tough to attack these places. And finally they arrested local commandos. So now don't blame America, India or Israel... My Dears.

Mark my words: in the future, if there would be any such attack again....it would be insider game, I mean our own people would be involved. Not any outsider.
