Pakistan Muslim League (PML-Q) leader Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi Tuesday said Mian Nawaz Sharif and Asif Ali Zardari did not meet to discuss for the problems of the general public but for their own personal agenda.
Zardaris future remains uncertain as the legality of the NRO remains pending in the parliament, while Nawazdesires to become Prime minister for a third time but a law passed during Gen (R) Musharrafs tenure restricting it remains still in force

Addressing the party workers and the office-bearers of district Okara in Lahore, Elahi said both of them met for their own personal interestsone for his premiership for a third time and the other for the passing of the National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO) into a law.
Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi, who was conspicuously absent along with Faisel Saleh Hayat from the joint parliament which met to welcome the Turkish PM Erdogan, said that in their meeting, mutual complaints and compliments were exchanged but no mention was made of the plight of the poor, the farmers and the unemployeds who are laying down their lives for atta, sugar, poverty and unemployment.
The PML-Q leader said the present Punjab Government of PML-N and PPP alliance has halted the work on the University of Education and Cadet College projects in Okara, adding 80 percent of work on these projects were already completed in his tenure until the stoppage of these works
