Toni Khaa is a glutton for masochism.He comes and posts and then relishes the abuses he faces. Faez Esa and ganja haramkhor have similar cases. "YEH JHUMKEY KAHAN SEY AAYE?" Simple question and needs a simple answer. The day he answers he will be acquitted. IF he had any honor left he would have resigned the same day. Ditto for Chairmen NAB and ECP. Honor ,honesty and integrity have also been exported by Ganja haramkhors and Murdari clan.

He is 'constitutionally' a rubber-stamp or a post-office for this reference. President Must act on the advice of the cabinet and law ministry in this case.
The suggestion that president or anyone else should resign is illegal, unconstitutional and void of any political or moral merit and logic. The journalists/propagandists who play on this meme have never believed in rule of law and constitution.

You are comparing apple and oranges. On money matter, one may criticize the government which is altogether a different issue
. But on the legal matters, if the investigators or relevant departments find suspicion of some illegality, or some allegations are made, then the executive is bound to pursue the case at the proper forum. It is their duty to do so. In the case of a judge, a constitutional reference is the only recourse and SJC can decide whatever us right. There must not be any positive or negative consequences or repercussions (both for the filers and SJC) otherwise the procedure wont be independent
The problem is our political culture which considers that some individuals, classes and families are above the law and normal legal procedures are inapplicable to them.
If we follow this logic and hold the filer of case in a court of law accountable then every investigator /police officer ought to resign if they lose a case after trial. - That'd be illegal and against justice and impartiality.
