Due to the nature of its ruling elites, Pakistan is a permanent prostitute for America. At a given time it is either actively serving or in the waiting. Only a mass uprising or revolution can change this condition. With the exception of a Taliban type revolution, any other uprising or revolution will disintegrate Pakistan into smaller ethnic entities.
