A recent report by ministry of commerce and industry says an average Pakistani spends Rs 1.87 lakh on treatment in India.Those from Bangladesh spend Rs 1.34 lakh on an average, followed by those from Commonwealth countries (Rs 1.25 lakh), Russia (Rs 1.04 lakh) and Iraq (Rs 98,554).

"This is because Pakistani patients mostly come for organ transplants and heart surgeries for children that are costly," said Manish Chandra, co-founder of Vaidam medical travel assistance company.

[FONT=&quot]Indian media have said the deaths of 60 children, 34 infants among them, were caused in part by oxygen shortages after a private provider cut the supply over unpaid bills.[/FONT]

Hair plant was used as an example.Turkish health system is very advanced.They don't just do hair transplants only.They have excellent doctors.Successive Pakistan governments have neglected the health and education.Pakistan with a population of 210m should be able to provide health facilities to its citizen.Pakistanis should not have to go abroad for treatment except in very rare cases where the treatment is only available in countries like USA.India is our enemy and we can not have any dealings with Indian until India stops its terrorism in Kashmir,Balochistan and other parts of Pakistan.

Turkey will treat them free if approached.Turkey is the 2nd largest aid donor in the world.Pakistan has hundreds of charitable organizations as well as the Zakat system.I am sure they can help these children.I still think it is the job of the government to provide health facilities and treatment.There are more poor people in India than whole of sub-saharan Africa so if India is providing free treatment then what is the motive behind it?.Why would India neglect its own children and treat its enemies for free ?
