My friend! to prove your objectiveness and neutrality, you could have pointed out one positive of this Jalsa which already shows the mental state in which you are.... PEACEI thinks its high time you try something to soothe your nerves :P I pointed out the shortcomings in an objective a manner as possible
The other point which I really liked about his speech which hits home with overseas Pakistanis is when he said "I will be truthful to you" and he said this in fairly bold terms. In my opinion; Imran is the only person overseas Pakistanis can trust and bring their capital to Pakistan.
Yeah and the thing was marketed and hyped too much. I fail to see how will it help in launching PTI nation-wide. As far as I understood the logic was to use it as a shocker which will force PMLN on defensive and PTI will start the national campaign from the momentum gained from this. And mrk123 jee don't forget 30 Oct was a Pakistani jalsa with Iqbal, Jinnah and national flags - this was a PTI jalsa (something fanboys will fail to notice)
PTI can still milk it get pictures of youngsters dancing in rain (you know happy, energetic and free - many suckers will buy it)- will make for powerful marketing material

This is exactly my impression. He appeared to be mature from his past comments. May be temporarily disturbed by today's Jalsa

Now you are playing politics here. Can Nawaz Sharif do a Jalsa like this in the rain? Atleast appreciate something positive rather than scoring political points all the time.
Yeh any of the nerves could break down:(. But I still respect @Sadqal .. ..the proof is I didn't call him @Qalandri[hilar]
we don't even listen to NS for two minutes, as I told ur friend @sedqal stop wasting time, watch something else, u don't have to write moral of the story
It is clearly a MUCH bigger crowed. The ground of Minar-e-Pakistan is REALLY filled in this jalsa. Full packed. See the pic above.
As for management, I can't be the judge.
IK claimed this Jalsa will be a launching pad for national campaign and will put opponents (mainly PMLN) on defensive. I don't think this jalsa achieved these targets. Anyway we agree to disagree - PEACE
Ali the jalsa was not organised in rain, it had an input of months behind it. I feel for the management of the jalsa but for IK I have nothing but irony, he was being very very proud and his vanity and scorn needed a check.
I don't like any one being pompous and using the words like Tsunami and panipat etc in such vain.
Politics of exclusion won't get you anywhere. Qalandri is as much a Pakistani as any of us (by the same token his opinion and vote counts as much as any of us) you can call me Qalandri all you want, I wont mind :P
