in the numerological system of the kabala there is a tree of life where 11 is the number of the magician and 10 is the number for god.....in going from 1 to 11 they skip the 10th spot.... meaning u r 1 above god .. so if u see the number 9/11, that means u r skipping god or better to say challenging god....

This COAS said in his address on the occasion of Yaum-e-Shuhada here.
He mentioned that Pakistan is undergoing the most turbulent times in its history but people should not allow ourselves to be defeated by frustration and pessimism.
We believe in one army, one family and one nation and we will have to rise above personal interests and think for a strong Pakistan, he emphasized.
He said Pakistani nation and its armed forces are like one strong unit. A prosperous Pakistan is in the interest of all and we want to live peacefully with our neighbours, he added. SAMAA

That's why they set 9 1 1 number for EMERGENCY. So everytime when someone call 9 1 1 to get help, this meant that you are actually calling the Shaitan to help you and skipping God. They think that they are better than God.
