I have the same feeling about SMQ. For some reason it feels like he has an opportunists vibe to him. Maybe its because of his outdated Wahid Murad accent which does not shed an ounce of sincerety as he intends to, but I will reserve my judgement on his inclusion. But nevertheless he undoubtedly had a huge symbolic impact on the growing of PTI leaps and bounds in such a short span of time.
