Ye ullu k pathey hi raahengey....What constitues a "Family" i live with 1 other person under one roof....but next door to me there are 8 people under one roof. Should the 8 member household and mine get the same 12000? Is it fair? How about a tudent who is living in his hostel for 4 years by himself....is he a "family" he isnt entitled to anything? he has no hostel rent or foood expenses?
