this is victimization absolutely,if Ch Iftekhar is so sincere to stop the generals come in to power and judges should not take oath on PCO,then, either he should punish all PCO judges including himself or forgive all and should issue executive order that in future if any judge helped generals,then juges will get capital punishment or 20 years imprisonment,that will be the neutrality..................now its seems some judges are taking revenge nothing else

There was a specific order by Supreme Court not take oath
This was first order of its kind, when CJ took oath under PCO no such order was in place

CJ may have made mistakes in life but his stand in front of Musharraf was turning point in the history of this nation.
Our Nation considers him CJ from the day he took that stand, whatever he did before that is irrelevant for us.
