I think its a rumour , though he (ghous ali shah) had some grieves with Nawaz Shareef in the past about leadership of sindh etc , but later "i think" he became happy with Nawaz .
I dun think so he gona join , but definitely soon there be a tsunami in Interior Sindh as well and lot of people will approach PTI , dun forget Arbab Ghulam Raheem , Liaquat Jataoi , and Ghulam Mustafa Jataoi of NPP etc :-)

Imran Khan invites Ghous Ali Shah, Saleem Zia to join PTI

Karachi: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz key leaders in Sindh Ghous Ali Shah and Saleem Zia have contacted Javed Hashmi and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan via telephone on Saturday, source said.

The source said that Imran Khan invited both the leaders to join the PTI. PML-N senior leader Javed Hashmi has also joined the PTI while some other leaders were also likely to join the party during Sunday rally.The PTI has emerged as third political force in the country after it staged a massive show in Lahore in late November.
