So when was this referendum held in the Army that determined what Army "internally wanted"?

I commented here few days back that who will be our New COAS.

Gen Bajwa would be compitent n eligible but this is what you call Murder of Merit.

I wont blame Nawaz Khabeesss for that coz Army is also his Partner in Crime. They Allow Noora to play even destroy Institutions.
Noora is playing his game very well to destroy the last Functional Institution of Pakistan and still Army is watching with hand on hips.
