Anyone Going for Hajj Through Private Hajj Operator?

Can you please confirm if Saudi Government has cancelled quota of private hajj operators with a group of less than 45 people, as my parents are going for hajj but the private operator just called and told the story that Saudi Government has cancelled the quota.

Just want to make sure if its the case or the operator is just telling stories and making excuse, as there is no such news on the media.
