He agreed with everything Imran said! Unbelievable may be the chicken has come home to roast and a realization has stepped in that PTI is a huge force.
Maybe people swearing at him worked :P

I have couple of reservations . When a person with dual nationality is elected and hold public office,there are chances that person will transfer the black money in foreign accounts without telling the govt like it is happening right now and loyalty is also divided.Second the development funds should not be given to MNA's and MPA's because its a political bribe to those members which started at the time of Gen Zia to strenghten his power.I know personally few members who said openly that they are running the election for development funds because at least 50% of the funds are gone in their pockets.In west there is no such concept. I am totally against this and govt should pass the bill, no funds to members because they are not elected to do the construction jobs-their job is to bring people's problems in parliament .

Foreign nationals should be allowed to vote, but should have absolutely NO right to be in the parliament. If their interests are divided like those of current politicians, there is NO WAY the funds wouldnt be transferred overseas. There would obviously be a conflict of interest!

sethi sahib point is to be noted, Claiming himself a PM, when he has lost all moral grounds, is admitting that there is a "black cat" and why are you searching it if i have turned off lights.
