i dont understand this hostage situation..

this man talks with the ssp without looking at backside.. this one only looks straight at the ssp.. such situation carries on about 5 minutes.. and at the same time many people can be seen at the backside of that man.. the car is 4 to 5 feet away from the man... so any commando can get into the crowd which is at backside the man and run with a speed to grab this man..

in other countries many serious hostage rescue operations take place.. but here.. i cant understand what is going..

please comment on my post....

Exactly what I thought at that time, maybe kids were looking around for his back? Also he is mentally sick, he need treatment rather than bullet in the head.
