i dont understand this hostage situation..

this man talks with the ssp without looking at backside.. this man only looks straight at the ssp.. such situation carries on about 5 minutes.. and at the same time many people can be seen at the backside of that man.. the car is 4 to 5 feet awayfrom the man..

the crowd is in all four directions but the man is looking only in one direction.. he burns his ciggerate and starts smoking. so any commando can get into the crowd which is at backside the man and run with a speed to grab this man..
