No one had courage to annex it with India by revoking its separate status under Article 370. And that was at Nawaz Shareef times as well.

Jnaab Article 370 was a clause in Indian constitution, which was giving Occupied Kashmir a special status, due to which the whole Indian constitution was not applicable in that region. In this way, the Occipied Kashmis was on special "disputed-state" status and was equivalent to the status of our Azad Kashmir.
With the Abrogation of 370 the Indians can go and buy the land there which can change its demographic picture. The Hindus may become the majority and in case of Plebiscite they can legally absorb the Kashmir in India.

When The Minafiqeen said the "abrogation of 370 is an internal matter of India" it actually was like saying that "we don't have any issue with India changing its disputed status". Unfortunately, everyone in Pakistan is not Imrani Monkey and people understood what "Munafiqeen the Sellers Of Kashmir" were going to do. They made the noise so Munafqeen had to sit back on their plan and could not change the core stance of Pakistan over Kashmir.

If all of this info penetrated into the limited capacity then it is better, otherwise I can help you with the chronological order of what I said above. --- You will have to do some reading, that is the worst part. So make your choice, if you want to go ahead with this.

It was giving Occupied Kashmir the status of the disputed territory. What the heck is there not to accept -- for gods sake man ???

By accepting abrogation of Article 370 the Ghaddar Sodagur-e-Kashmir was accepting the change in the occupied Kashmir status as disputed state. If you still did not understand then I will request you please stop thinking about it.

GB, Sawat, Kalaam, Mirpur, Bagh, in fact all of our northern areas are historically the part of Kashmir. And for your kind information there is one decision from Azad Kashmis HC since 80s to add these areas into Kashmir. This decision was suppressed on specials request from General Zia. That is why Pakistan is more against the third option of Kashmir than India.

Before Mian Mafroor became PM there was Bhutto and other people in power so article 370 was implemented because India feared Pakistani leaders before Mian Mafroor? Does it make any sense? Read history of artificle 370. It was implemented as a compromise between PM Nehru and local leadership of Jammu and Kashmir. It had never anything to do with Pakistani leaders or Pakistan.
