بہاولنگر کے خاندان نے آئی ایم ایف کونوٹس بھیج دیا

بہاولنگر کے چند شہریوں نے آئی ایم ایف کے خلاف سیشن کورٹ میں بذریعہ وکیل پٹیشن دائر کر دی۔ درخواست طالب حسین جٹ میکن ایڈوکیٹ کے توسط سے دائر کی گئی۔

تفصیلات کے مطابق طالب حسین جٹ میکن ایڈوکیٹ نے انٹرنیشنل مونیٹری فنڈ (آئی ایم ایف ) کو نوٹس بھیج دیا ۔

نوٹس میں موقف اپنایا گیا کہ ہم نے ( ہمارے خاندان نے) آج تک اپسے قرض نا مانگا، نا لیا۔ جس نے آپ (آئی ایم ایف ) کے ساتھ قرض کے معاہدے کیے ، وہی ذمہ دار ہیں۔

نوٹس میں مزید کہا گیا کہ ہمارے آباؤاجداد قیام پاکستان سے پہلے سے یہاں آباد ہیں، کھیتی باڑی کرکے گزارا کرتے ہیں، ہم نے نہ کسی بنک سے قرض لیا اور نہ کسی نے قرض کی درخواست نہیں کی۔ جس سے قرض کا معاہدہ کیا اسی سے لیں ۔

درخواست گزار کا کہنا تھا کہ ہم اپنے اور اپنے ورثاء کے خلاف یہ قرض کا جرم برداشت نہیں کرسکتے کیونکہ جو کوئی بھی مسلمان اپنے ساتھ قرض کا لفظ لیکر مرتا ہے اسکی بخشش نہیں ہوتی۔

درخواست گزار نے آئی ایم ایف سے مزید کہا کہ 15 یوم میں تفصیل دیں کہ میں کیسے اپکا قرض دار ورنہ آپکے خلاف قانونی چارہ جوئی کی جائے گی جس کے اخراجات آپکے ذمہ ہوں گے۔

Governments take loan and waste in corruption and every time people are held responsible and this loan is collected from people by inflation and taxes.

2- The person holding gun , threatens you with life threat some time kills you and abducts, some time disrespects rapes , and uses every means to oppress you.
3- How on the earth a common man can force this gun man to give him respect and due rights?

Well, who stopped 250 millions to suffer in silence for 75 years. If they had stopped the bullies in the first place, it wouldn't have reach where it is. Even now if even 10% come out that is 25 million people on the streets. the people with guns would run in 5 mins, period. Fear is never a good strategy my friend.

Indian sub continent people have been suppressed for 100's of years. so its not easy to rise for them.
Same thing is in all of middle east , Every ME state is dictatorship egypt sudia yeman uae .
China is also one party dictatorship.
India is becoming hindu aristocracy .
Pakistan is a military dominated country , where there are no visible rule of law , constitution has been violated several.
