i wouldn't say beforehand who's at fault ... it could be either police or the boys ...

t-shirts of many of those boys were torn already so a lot had happened before video recording started

Do not cross your limits as "Uniforms" are no more respected because these are weared by criminals, killers & them all, WHO had no hesitation in selling their 'Mothers'! Can some intelect guide me "Who gave Raymond Davis' the VVIP treatment in Kot Lakhpat Jail, Lahore and then got him scot free from a lower (Corrupt) Court? Why he was allowed to board a special plane that landed hours earlier at "Allama Iqbal International Airport" from IRAQ?

I beg to differ Brother.
India, Bangladesh and many other countries are in same situation
But a few in these countries will have guts to treat Law Enforcement Personnel like this

One of the boy's father will know some politician or high rank bureaucrat
No case will be registered and these guys will boast that we have punished police wala

Our problem is not poverty or education
Our problem is Lawlessness

We think that Law applies to others, not me or my family.
