I agree with your thoughts.Not only this but if some one does not do the amount of work to the best of their abilities even that is a type of corruption. Taking undue advantage of one's position/appointment is also corruption.
Hiding facts, not telling the whole truth, false information, mixing facts with opinions are also forms of corruption.
The worst is defending the wrong, in my opinion, as is being done by the employees and owners and partners of dunya news.

The reason to focus on financial corruption is because it is easily exposed and traceable thus accountable. I also think it is the first step towards achieving a state of minimum-nil moral corruption.
