I do not agree with Imran Khan on this particular point, I think it was @tariisb who earlier pointed out that Tamil Tigers were the master of this game, yet they were defeated.

We must back Pakistan Army. Once again as pointed out earlier by Tariisb that what sort of Guerrilla warfare is attacking innocent women and children? This is plain murder.

Don't think it is correct to compare tamil tigers with taliban and their situation. For Taliban's their success is their survival. No matter how many leaders u kill, someone will replace and become another leader. As long as they survive they win. Same situation in Afghanistan even if USA stays there for next 10 years yet they will never be able to win over Taliban. They will disperse and will unit again. This war is not about winning or loosing, Pakistan need to win these ppl on its side and ensure that they shouldn't attack against state. Engage them in dialogue and accept their right demands. Do not forget as long as HUM was killing innocent ppl/ army personals no drone attacked him. As soon as he agreed for peace talks he is executed.

Oh, yeah! The Qur'an and Sunnah, I am sure, also tell us to keep fighting with one another with zero regards for the fact that the blood of a Muslim is sacrosanct, right?

Yes, Sir, that is the Islam we all love: Fight one another like dogs and when there is an external force (who incidentally time and again proved it is no "friend" of yours) breathing down your neck you give ALL kinds of nonsensical excuses as to why we can't ruffle their feathers and how we've got to live peacefully in the international comity of nations and be good little subjects. One big problem, though: It was the stance of the Khawarij (yes, there is that label again) that Muslims should NOT settle their differences by mutual dialog. They gave proof from the Qur'an AND Sunnah that when 2 parties are locked in disagreement then the parties should keep fighting till one group overwhelms the other and subdues the other.

This was the CRUX of the Khariji narrative. Good to see that the TTP aren't the only ones who are the Kharijis here.

Such views can be simply translated into one this thing that PEACE can be won by giving up every thing ranging from our values to freedom (if we have any), constitution, religious believes, etc.
