Judicial commission was formed to investigate whose fault was that but the very next day FIR was launched against Qadri's son (whose name was taken out later) and supporters so the judicial commission has no credibility (proved by pmln). Law minister was fired which was another example to disown the judicial commission. as a pakistani citizen just suppose if pmln's workers were assassinated by police in PPP's era, would you not have expected a suo moto from chief justice? that time you wudve been the victim and PPP would have been the dictator for you.

I agree with you that its the other side of the story but making a decision by listening to one party would have been much biased and exposed infront of the citizens. It would have been different if Tassaduq jilani would have shown some power of judiciary to show that law is still valid in pakistan then we could have said that its a fair decision but i understand he is leaving his post and cannot afford to be the bad guy infront of current government

Forming of Judicial commission does not stop filling FIR although they should have waited

I am very surprised that one hand you curse former CJ and on other other you want current CJ to play same role

I will reply to your first point only.

Why Nawaz Sharif went after Musharraf, what was in his heart actually I don't know. Whether it was for revenge or for democracy or whatever I don't know.

I think when someone is involved in conflict, the person also confused his feelings of revenge for fight for justice. It is a common thing.

But it actually does not matter at all.

In this fight he is on the right side. Musharraf trial will be the victory of Pakistan. and To me that is his biggest credit. You fight on the right side and your win becomes the win for the nation. if you think about it that is actually quite a big credit.

Forming of Judicial commission does not stop filling FIR although they should have waited
Judicial commission is formed to fix responsibility that who started all this not to nominate individual involved in street fighting

I am very surprised that one hand you curse former CJ and on other other you want current CJ to play same role

I just want them to do their job, lahore incident was big enough to take the investigation within supreme court but it wasnt. as i said before, law enforcement and making organizations play with current government's stance. they don't have a back bone to stand on their own
