Supreme Court Issues notices on Bogus Vote case

ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court on Tuesday issued notice to Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), NADRA and Attorney General on a petition filed for removal of about 37 million bogus votes from the voter lists, Geo News reported on Tuesday.

Two-member bench headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry conducted the initial hearing of the case.

In the petition it was contended that there were 37.8 million bogus votes in the computerized lists prepared by ECP. The petitioner pleaded about removal of all such dubious votes from the list.

The court issued notices to Chief Election Commissioner, NADRA and Attorney General seeking detailed response from them within 10 days.

Attach the petition with this order to declare Elections fraudulent and void

Imran and PTI should submit a petition to the SC and request it to be attached to this order of SC, once SC receives the communications and listings from the NADRA and ECP, it should also deal with the issues of bogus Elections and disqualifications of all the members of National Assembly and Provincial Assemblies by declaring the Elections fraudulent an void.
