Spouse of a Supreme court judge allowed to Apply for foreign citizenship?

Kazi FI's wife was allowed to obtain foreign citizenship while he was the Chief Justice of BHC why?
Devil is in the detail.
One, lets separate spouse and children's status.
Children can do whatever once they achieve legal adulthood.
My question is not about holding a foreign nationality because a spouse could be a foreign national by Birth and that is fine.
BUT to apply for another country's nationality by the spouse while the government servant is in service and that too of such high stature is bewildering and only speaks for the conviction that government official has in the system he/she is trying to serve and enjoying perks.
Such acts place that official in a compromising position with another country or forces.
What were the exceptional circumstances that pushed her to apply for Spanish citizenship for his wife and what was the advantage she gained?
He should explain that to the people of Pakistan who paid for all the perks his family enjoyed and the same status made it easy for his wife to get Spanish citizenship.
Why could they not wait for the retirement or his resignation before applying? Because while in power he enjoyed more access.
This is a corruption of conduct even if it is not written in any secular law yet, it should be though.

It is not known with certainity that she has British Nationality. She could be having Spanish Nationality and living in UK as an EU national...having said that, with the Brexit she would have to have UK nationality to continue living in UK.

There is no prohibition to this in law. I have replied to you in detail in another thread. You posted about this issue in another thread. But, that was not sufficient for you. So, you created a separate thread for this.

Everybody is ticked off at Qazi Noora Faez but if you must do your catharsis do it at least do it at the right thing. You have turned this irrelevant issue of a foreign spouse and made it into a mole hill.

Qazi faiz is not the first one having a foriegn national wife and kids ,unfortunately Pakistan is a Grassland for opportunist they only come or live over here to make money or rule on us and divide us on political and religiously and bugger off and enjoy rest of the life.

No you are missing the point, is there any law that prevents this or is there any clause in any contract that a a person signs before taking up such a post that prevents this.

Sorry mate, all this was for nothing. Having a Spanish mother she is entitled to Spanish citizenship by birth. And as for the name situation
