NO, it should not abolished.

No offence but it would be good if you can post compelte law so we can read to know how exactly its written... as personally i believe most of us have not even read this law..
I believe it must not be abolished but may require some changes at procedural aspect

It should not be ablished but at the same time uneducated Mullah should be allowed to use this against our minorities. Procedures should be made more strick so that people do not use this as tool of their revenge. I have followed the cases under the this law and most were just heresay and innocent people were either were killed or rotting in jail because no one has the guts to defend them.

The issue at hand is very serious as certain groups who have been conspiring against Pakistan for many years are playing off the current blasphemy law case re: Asia bibi in an attempt to have it abolished.
Muslims of Pakistan should be well aware of this ongoing threat. The interesting point to note is that the spokesperson for the British Pakistani Christian Association agrees that the blasphemy law is beneficial but certain aspects of it must be tweaked to stop fradulent cases.

This law has been misused many many times to punish poor and helpless minorities. The only change I want is that if some one blames wrongfully on a personal vindeta should be given the same punishment.

ختم کرنا حل نہیں. غلط استعمال روکنے کیلئے ترمیم ہونی چاہیے اور سزا ایسی ہونی چاہیے جس سے مجرم کی اصلاح ہو
