You are right about musharraf but I differ you on Lal Masjid as I support that action cause they were need to be taught a lesson that they cant Blacmail Govt. by taking laws in their own hands and make masjid as their hideouts and also storing weapons their for fight...

Gen. Zia-ul-Haq era:

Using the same logic, PPP and PLM were elected Govts and they were under pressure from their voters to punish the criminals in Karachi, namely MQM, why do you moan about it then, it was done by representative Govts.

Ok if they are in pressure but what would be their Justification for going against ELECTED REPRESENTATIVES of 80% Karachi city in a Democratic country????Keep in mind that they havent got any proof against them as well so "Innocent until proven guilty" appliy on them as well...

You had a mendate of a city and people who did operation had the mendate of the whole country. Majority prevails, you started with this logic, Ab Ya Tou Thoka Chato or just admit operatons were legitimate.
Majority of Revenue comes from that city which MQM represents.

So majority prevails even if it means to disrespect a mandate of people of Karachi????We are talking about democratic country my firnd not the one where Jis ki lathi us ki Bhanse...No matter how small the mandate of a party is but the fact is they ARE ELECTED PEOPLE AND PART OF THE SYSTEM....Until any CONCRETE EVIDENCE is not available actions would be percieved as illegal...BTW if majority prevails then Majority of the revenue also comes from karachi so why is that revenue spend in all over pakistan????
just a small example of your Britain...BNP is a racist Party that won 1 or 2 seats and majority is against them so is British parliament justified to do operation against them without having any proof against them just for the sack of their Mandate???
