There are many sects which exist in Islam...these people follow a particular sect...from their looks these people do not look like doctors...engineers....businessmen or LUMS/IBA graduates...they seem to eb the scum of society...

So, you think that every one who is not a graduate from LUMS/IBA or who is not a doctor or engineer is a scum of the society??? Yes they are not educated, yes they are not aware of what is right or wrong but why dont you do something to educate them and help them guiding to the right path instead of considering them just trash or garbage of society??? It is great tragedy for human being, not particularly with Muslim society but all around the globe that the general masses of the people are being exploited by the influential persons for so called religious belief just to get their ends right. If you see in Europe, America, Far East etc. parts of this globe, invariably this type of customs or traditions are being observed. This is because, the influential persons do not prefer to educate the masses for their interest. You can imagine the income of all these shrines and Mazars on which the Majawars live lavishly on such income and ruling the masses by their donated money by injecting strange believes. Just see the Pakistani so called Elite class who enjoys their lives and established as "MAKHDOOM, SAJJADA NASHEEN, etc....." on such income and exploiting the masses by keeping them illiterate and indulging them into religious addiction. If you have a chance to sit with the general masses of such people, you will listen astonishing believes from them which an educated person cannot believe.
Therefore, we cannot term this phenomenon a friction in the Muslim society but it exists all over the globe based on local customs and traditions which are being eliminated with the higher rate of education. Therefore, we should try to educate the masses of Pakistan to get a good society, which, no doubt, these Elite class does not like.

I really don't understand where this ''buhtaan tarashi ''comes from . I find it wierd attitude of few members in this forum . How can we justify the ritual of '' jannati darwaza '' ? If one or few school of thoughts have justification which i heard in the past but never satisfied me . ( Take this away from secterian issue ) If this practice has anything to do with Islam than please do tell us as we may get some benifit .

I don't know much about this Tauseef ur Rehman. Agar yeh kisi musalmaan ko kafir ya mushrik kehta hay chahay deobandi ko, barelvi ko, shia ko ya kisi aur ko to woh Allah Ta'ala ke saamnay jawab deh ho ga. Apni aaqibat kharab kar raha hay. Hamain to kisi musalmaan ko kafir kehna mana hay.
If you believe in this Jannati darwaza then may Allah give you hidayat. I can only pray for you. Allah Ta'ala aap ko thori tameez bhi sikha den. Aameen. Main ne to aaj tak kisi mazar waghera ko urany ki baat hi nahi ki. Apne alfaaz mere mon main kioon daal rahay hain? Apnay ghussay par control karna bhi jihad hay. Sukoon se soch samajh kar likha karen.

Problem here is that most of the people upload such things just to promote sectarian hatred their aim is only to promote hatred against a particular sect .which(promoting such video for the purpose of propaganda) is the trade mark of a particular sect.
If aim is only to get to the knowledge then there is nothing bad its good practice but when exercised with sincerity rather than hatred.
The aim here is not to educate people aim is to create hatred in their hearts against a particular sect and promote a particular sect.
The person in the video tauseef ur rehman is well known for such speeches against all the sect except the one he belongs to.
If you want to discuss it in an educated manner and if you have any information regarding this ritual then plz do share it with us.
but if you asked him what type of education do you recommend for them ........answer would have been follow our views of islam.that what education means here.
2-3 main madrassaas in Karachi are main breeding grounds for TTP leaders and extreemist minded people but no one speaks about them no one says anything about their actions against islam no body recommends education for them.hypocracy!!!!!
