Look at the PTI polling agents , there was no way in the world they could counter the Noora Paindo ghundas..
Its not about votes, its about who controls the polling station..

One thing PTI can do is go in full force in every bye election. They can dedicate personal , funds at it and maybe able to match Noora ghundas. Otherwise their is no way you can compete with these thugs.
