When Imran Khan says Nawaz Sharif and Zardari / PMLN and PPP are both secretly allies and have the same interests, is there any evidence to back this argument?

Rehman Malik, an important member of PPP's current government, has never demanded reopening of the corruption cases against the Sharifs. This is the same Rehman Malik who has sacked by Nawaz Sharif and fled to London.

Note the word 'friendly', its the same word in PMLN's 'friendly opposition' to PPP.
PMLN has never brought a vote of no-confidence against Gilani over any issue, be it corruption, drone attacks, taking debt of billions of dollars and the list goes on and on.
PMLN claims that it does not want to do serious opposition otherwise people will say they are doing politics of the 90s, so it essentially means that PMLN will not take any major democratic step, even if its the right thing to do or even if the public is being crushed, just because they are afraid of being blamed of doing bad politics and derailing democracy?
I think this is a lame excuse as vote of no-confidence is their democratic right and using democratic rights isnt derailing democracy or bad politics especially when the public is being crushed due to corruption and mismanagement.
In light of these facts its safe to assume both parties are quite friendly with each other and have a secret alliance to continue corruption and prevent rule of law.
