If imran khan would have done a small corruption, PML-N would definitely have elaborated it.
While Najam Sethi saying Imran Khan is not corrupt, he is also saying that Imran khan avoid taxes. Avoiding tax is legal in law However, Tax evasion is illegal.
So if someone avoid tax, does not make him doing small scale corruption.
