Munkareen e Hadith

Three things
1. Our desi moulvis think this is something new, usually something invented by the British or something. But that is not true because the Prophet himself was a munkar-e-hadith as they say, because your own hadith says he fobade the collecting the hadith, Abu Bakar and Omar burnt and destroyed hadith, and pretty much 150-200 years of first years of Islam hadith played no role in Islamic fiqh and jurisprudence only when later moulvis came started to shove hadith down peoples throat do their madhab could be more popular. Worst being Al Shafi who said hadith is the ultimate authority even over the Quran and the Quran has to looked through the lens of hadith and not vuce versa ( what an idiot!) and then just cook up your own hadith favouring you to get more followers, even then there were the Ahl e ray and the Ahl e Kalam that refused to follow them. So this is not a new or recent phenomena

2. The age of question of that "namaz" the Dr Saab goes on to explain the Quran is void of it, so then where shall we learn it from? Aray bhai use some common sense. This should be the first sign that since Quran over and over says it is a complete and detailed book and not to follow anything else other than it. If its not there, then Hello? Is it obvious? So when something is NOT in there why do you have to forcefully make something up and corroborate it with unauthorized unsanctioned manly writings to justify it?

3. Our moulvis have come up with this wonderful new concept to pass off everything and rubber stamp to make it "official". Ijma!!! First of all there is 0 ijma over anything by any moulvis or "scholars" these so called scholars can't even come to an ijmaa on where and how to place your hands during your namaz let alone anything worthwhile and serious. So every time some moulvi and scholar says there is an ijma over so and so thing by all or majority of the scholars, then ask yourself, which scholars? Sunni scholars, shia scholars, deobandi scholars, brelvi scholars. These are the same moulvis and scholars who spend 90% of the day. Fighting over fulan sect does this wrong and fulan sect does this even wrong, so this whole ijmaa thing is a load of crap. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, when ever the Quran talks about majority its always in the negative example : If you follow the majority, they will lead you astray. And also the Quran no where says you can make up new rules and regulations specially that go against the Quran just because few moulvis have come together and now have and "ijmaa" on the subject.

If that is the case spend a little money and you can easily get 100 to 200 Pakistani moulvis to rubber stamp any ruling you want. And technically hadith were created for this very purpose in the Abbasi dynasties on the rulers insistence, to force the population to accept and follow them through fake religious doctrine thus solidifying their rule.

In the end I know its very hard to let a lifetime of brainwashing and indoctrination go, but read the Quran with understanding and do some research into history of hadith, so called hadith sciences, and the narrators of hadith some of who were know and declared liars, not even their real names known or where they came from yet a major chunk of the hadith corpus consist of their narrations.
