Pakistan is selling both 3G and 4G spectrum altogether. Now it is up to service provider which service they will provide to users and how much will cost.

Even Iphone 4s and samsung galaxy 3 are not compatible with 4G network then what are you expecting.

I think service provider will not waste money on 4G till the market is not mature
