Mr. GeoG, here we are talking about the "RULES" which are same for Killers and for Cheif Justice.

Musharrad did nothing wrong to send the Corruption allegations of CJ to the panel of Judges itself, but at that time Dr. Shahid Masood was not crying that CJ should not take advantage of it's POST and he should go to the Court and prove him innocence etc.
