This is the legal and sharai point of view. Unless legal guardianship and custody was not handed over to Imran Khan they are not his dependents. Legally he is their step father but since the biological father is still alive and has custody of the children, they are his Mr Maneka's dependents.

He is asking the same as his masters used to ask. All Noon league used to say, check the assets of Imran Khan first.

Ok being a judge he can raise this question, but if he had raised this question before the PTI's submission of reference against him. Now he loosed this chance, now he has to answer the court first for his properties instead of asking Imran Khan.

As far as Imran Khan is concerned he has declared every thing already. The question of his sons property abroad. At the time of divorce it was decided in the court that the kids will be under dependency of mother and imran Khan will not take the kids from mother. so there is no need to declare any property if they have abroad.

Imran Khan is only answerable for his current wife if she purchased any property after his nikah with her.

So Ansar Abbassi or any other Dog will not get any thing by raising this question

The motive of justice is clear and political , instead of clearing his name he is trying to blame the prime minister.


The justice is dirty for sure.
